Overview
This machine is specially made for all kinds of liquid materials, such as shampoo, degetergent, washing liquid, hand gel, liquid soap etc. All the contacted part with the material is SS 316L. The machine adopts piston pump for filling. By adjusting the piston pump, it can fill all of the bottles in one filling machine, with quick speed and high precision.

Controlling system
The machine adopts full-auto PLC and human-computer touch screen control system. For different volumes adjustment, we set several procedures, mode 1, mode 2, mode 3, mode 4``` Operators do not need too much complicated adjustments, the filling machine can switch between the three models easily.
Different volume adjustment
The machine piston is driven by servo motor. To adjust the filling volume, just input the data in the touch screen. High efficiency!
Bottle position correct device
To ensure the bottles and filling nozzles are in the correct position, we adopt neck-block device to make the whole filling process smooth and stable. No bottle no filling.
Filling nozzles
The filling nozzles are specialized made with vacuum back flow device to be leakage-proof.
All the material contact parts adopt SS316L, anti-corrosive! And SS304 for frame of the machine.
Equip float valve level controller in the buffering tank to feed material automatically!
The pump uses quick-fit removal Structure: easy cleaning and disinfection.
